The Mohawk Brothers!

Everytime I bathe the boys, they love when I mess with there hair. There 2 favorite hair styles are the Albert Einstein hair-do or crazy mohawks. They also love when I give them a soapy mustache. I had to snap some pics of my little dudes tonight! Look at these cuties!!!

Family Day at Sea World

Guess where this family was at today? Sea World San Diego! We had fun...not lots of fun...but fun! I woke up late 6:00 a.m. I was supposed to be up at 5:30. It took us 2 whole hours to get there. Wonderful Southern California traffic on that 5 south. We all know how Gabe loves traffic!!!We entered the park at 9:45 a.m. and none of the food carts or restaurants were open. We were told that the restaurants opened at 11. Lie! We didn't get into a restaurant until 11:30p.m. which made us miss one of the shows we wanted to see. We saw, Believe...the Shamu show and boy was that great! A+!!!! We sat in the "splash zone" and Gabe even bought 3 ponchos so the kids wouldn't get soaked [it was a cool 65]. We didn't get a drop of water on us! There goes $18 [ouch! $6 each]. So we were on the road by 2p.m. The boys fell asleep along with me. We were tired! I think we are planning Knotts Berry Farm in May. By the way...I just found out my friend Stephanie's husband, John, has cancer again. He was hit with kidney cancer in Sept. and had one kidney removed. He recovered well but just found out on Friday that he has cancer on the bone by his groin area! Lots of prayers for John, Stephanie, and the kids!!! Keep your chin up and God Bless You!

Pajama Bunco!

This is the group of ladies that I play Bunco with [minus 2]. I'm the one in the leopard pajamas. If you haven't played Bunco then you need to start. Its too much fun!!! We get together once a month [3rd Thurs. of each month] and play from 7 until 9 or 9:30 p.m. Bunco is a dice game in which you have 3 teams of 4 people. It would take me a few paragraphs to explain the whole game. Bunco was held at my house this month. My house had 12 screaming ladies on Thursday night and boy was that my husbands dream come true [hehehe]! I decided to theme this months Bunco night to Pajama Bunco. Anyway, its a nice time away from home and you get to socialize while you play :) Oh yeah...there's yummy food too! This is one day that you truely fall of your diet. Well I'm not really on a diet! Did I mention that I won some money that night. The first time I've ever won in Bunco! We do play for money and I believe I won money for having the Bunco bear at the end and the most wins! I just wanted to win once. I went shopping with my winning money yesterday and bought some clothes from Mervyns and scrapbook supplies from Scrapbook Corner in Temecula. Thanks Alisa and Tacey for the fun time yesterday!

The Marathon Man!

I want to dedicate this post to my dad who finished the L.A. Marathon on Sunday. Your probably thinking "Wait a minute...that looks like Santa." On Christmas Day, he wanted to surprise the kids and come dressed up as Santa Claus. This was his 2nd year running! Believe it or not, I ran Cross Country in High School. I might of been the slowest runner on the team but I sure gave it my all. So 10 years later I have the urge to start running again. I'd love to do a marathon but I have to get in good shape to do that. I have plans to join the gym in August because that's when Crissy will start 7th, Vinny starts Kindergarten, and Joey starts pre-school. So my butt will be in the gym M-F [I think] like the good old days.
I just think if a 54-year old man, who smoked part of his life and drinks 10 Coca-Colas a day, could run 26.2 miles, then so could I. Congrats Dad!

Welcome!!!

I don't know why I started a "blog". I see alot of blogs online mostly of scrapbook artists. So I decided to jump in and start one. I guess I want everyone to enter my world and see what goes on. Sometimes its crazy, fun, bizarre, stressful, wild, but the majority of the time its full of love and happiness :) So enter Sandra's world and see things on "my side".
xoxo
