More pictures to come later. Her camera died after Peru. I think my dad has some shots from Brazil and Argentina.

The Baby of our Clan!

I sent my sweet little boy off to Kindergarten this morning. It was truly a happy and sad moment for me. I've been at home with him since the time of his birth 5 Years, 3 months, 4 days ago.....and believe me, I've cherished every minute and day I got to see him do new things and say new things. Now he is off to school! I called Gabriel after I dropped him off and cried alittle. Time flies by too quickly. The baby of our clan is no longer a baby. He is the littlest member of our clan. He is entering a new world of learning and fun.

She's home!

Iguazu Falls, Argentina
She's finally home! After one long month, she is finally home. She's a bit tired but in great spirits. We've been laughing and story telling the whole evening. She really enjoyed her trip...especially Brazil. She said the beaches there were stunning. More pictures later!

Got me some free groceries today!

Buy this magazine....only available at Wal-mart. Turn to page 159. Clip the five coupons on that page.
Buy all these packages of Kool Aid. I spent $3.00 on 15 packages [5 for $1]
And get all this for FREE!!!

Everyone knows Vinny! Good or bad???

We walk into his school on Wednesday and about 3 secretaries got up and said "Hey Vinny" at the same time. Now, do you think its a good or bad thing when the staff members know your child???
Not in this case. Heck, even the ladies at the grocery store know that kid. He's not shy...that's for sure!!!

End of Summer Break

Silly pictures of the boys pretending to be dad.

Vinny wearing daddy's pants.

I can't believe another summer has passed us by. Where does the time go? June was a pretty mellow month for us. We stayed home and swam alot. July was full of visitors and a trip to Ca. August started off with a trip to Ca and has been really mellow since. We've been trying to get out to see friends and go swimming at the clubhouse so the kids could have a variety of things to do. They start school next week so this week I am trying to get them back on there waking up early/going to bed early routine. I bought them all more clothes today from Old Navy.com and Gap.com. Christina is due back home Saturday afternoon. We can't wait to see her. She called today and said she was in Argentina. They got there Monday @ 11:00 p.m. She's been emailing me a few times since she's been gone. I emailed her a link to a pair of shoes I wanted to buy her and she gave me the thumbs up to go ahead and buy them. I am trying to have her stuff organized for school so when she gets home, all she has to do is unpack and do some laundry. She might even miss school for a day or two. She might be a bit tired...dont' ya think???
Oh yeah, Twilight has been pushed forward 3 weeks. Meaning it'll premiere November 21 st now! I'm done with Twilight and now reading New Moon...I'm on page 206.

Twilight

So this obsession started with Christina back in July. We were in California at my moms house and my teen sister had the book. Christina started reading the book......but she started from the middle. "You never begin from the middle" I said. She loves to read but decided to start no where near page 1. That really irritated me so I made her read it from the beginning. She finished the book in less than 2 days because of our travels at the time. Then I bought her book 2, her aunt bought her book 3, and we went to Costco the morning of Aug. 2 to buy the 4th book. Aug. 2nd was the release date of the 4th book so we HAD to buy it. She called me from Peru, the second night she was there, and told me that she had finished the 3rd and 4th book between her flight and the time she called me. Man, she can read fast. So now she's got me hooked on these books. I started reading Twilight last Sunday and now am on page 305. I read a bit slow because I am busy with the boys, Gabriel, the house, and all the other stuff I do. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these novels to you. By the way, Twilight the movie comes out December 12, 2008 and we will be there watching it. Believe me, I am as excited as everyone else. Here is a sneak peak for the movie.

She's stalking me....

If you look to the right, under the Live Traffic Feed, Christina is checking my blog while on vacation or go to watch in real time. I know that because they are in Cusco right now and someone from there check out my blog. She is also leaving silly comments. Love ya Christina!

Off she goes..............

to South America. Christina's flight left LAX today around 1:45 p.m. I believe they should be in Peru by 5:00 a.m. our time tomorrow. I talked to her as they were driving to the airport. She was so excited! Yesterday, we got a call from a goverment employee varifiying info. on Christina's travels and to get approval of her yellow fever vaccine. I didn't think they were going to get one but I guess it was required. This is not the first time she's travelled with family members. My sister-in-law took her to Hawaii in 2006. She is so lucky and blessed to have these people in life that want to show her what else is out there in this world of ours. I instructed her to write in her journal, any time she got, about her experience. If her grades are good this school year, we will let her travel with her jr. high to Washington D.C. Have fun Crissy!!!

Guess who is going to be a big sister..................

Keira is!!!
At the tender age of 6 months, she is already going to have another playmate. Congrats to my sister and her hubby!!!
